Your Role:

• Provide top-notch customer service for clients using our website solutions.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide expert advice on digital marketing and web design.
• Help ensure customers have a seamless experience, from troubleshooting to solutions implementation.
• Work with a dynamic team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in German (C1/C2) with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and/or web design (experience preferred but not required)
• Enthusiasm for technology and helping customers.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
