Executive Assistant

The Opportunity:

Perform complex administrative work activities in support of senior leaders within the global defense sector and client leaders. Execute independent decisions within established guidelines and ensure an appropriate level of discretion while handling highly sensitive and confidential data. Support a full range of administrative functions, including performing heavy calendar management and meeting scheduling for multiple executives, managing and organizing travel schedules, supporting leadership visits and staff events, preparing meeting materials with high attention to detail, and submitting expense reports in compliance with policy. Assist the executives in managing daily workloads and adjust for revised priorities.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • 2+ years of experience providing executive-level support in a large corporate environment

  • Experience working in a DoD or federal government environment

  • Experience with travel management, including international travel, and expense reporting

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Ability to proofread correspondence with a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently

  • Ability to work in Germany without sponsorship

  • HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
