Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all appointments for the Managing Directors of Operations & Finance, including travel arrangements.


• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Directors in their daily operations.


• Efficiently manage schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and time constraints.


• Assist with administrative tasks related to projects, correspondence, and other duties as required.

Bring to the team

• Experience with job-related tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, and calendar management such as Outlook and Google Workspace systems is essential.


• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize multiple topics


• Demonstrated independence, proactivity, and the ability to make informed decisions


• Prior experience working in a tech environment or office management, and supporting senior executives or C-level management is a plus.


• Excellent communication, both in written and verbal, in German and Business English
