We offer you the opportunity to
Executive Support
Provide direct support to the Co-Founder, including email and calendar management, and coordinating business meetings
Support the management team with quarterly offsite planning and board meeting coordination
Office & Administrative Management
Serve as the primary contact for office facilities management, including access control and vendor relationships
Handle document management, including mail processing, digitization, and office supply procurement
Support employee onboarding logistics
Operations & Compliance
Manage company insurance matters and workplace safety requirements
Coordinate company cars and handle company account
Process document approvals
Team Support
Coordinate company-wide meetings and events, including town halls
Become a part of our team if you
Are able to mange and monitor multiple projects and tasks in parallel, combined with a high level of service orientation
Possess a high sense of responsibility, highest trustworthiness, and reliability when dealing with confidential content
Break complex problems into simple solutions with your analytical mindset and you work in structured way of that is combined with a high demand for quality and diligence
Can effectively build up and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and are able communicate with those fluently in English and German
Master MS-Office tools (e.g.PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and bring high affinity for IT tools
Have at least three years of working experience as Executive-, Team-Assistant, Event Planner or a similar role
You are home-based in Munich
