Your Role

As an Executive Assistant – Strategy and Projects, you will work closely with the Management Board and support the CFOO to execute key strategic initiatives and corporate development projects. You will play a vital role in preparing high-level-decision-making materials, coordinating M&A activities and driving cross-functional projects that shape the future direction of our organization.
This role offers you broad exposure to senior leadership, critical business topics, and strategic decision-making processes, providing you with an ideal foundation for your next career steps within the company – whether in leadership, strategy, or specialized expert roles.

How you contribute to our mission

You support the Management Director in executing the corporate strategy and key business priorities
You coordinate and monitor M&A activities, including due diligence processes and integration planning
You drive high priority projects in close collaboration with the CFOO and Senior Management
You prepare board briefings as a decision basis, business cases reviews as well as other decision-making documentation
You analyze market trends and business data to inform strategic planning
You ensure effective cross-functional alignment and follow-through on strategic project deliverables
You maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in all areas of work

What you should bring to this position

You have successfully finished a master’s degree in Science, Business Management, Agriculture or similar
You have gained at least 3 years of professional experience
You are motivated and passionate about your personal development
A well-structured and still flexible way of working, strong organizational, self-management, communication, and interpersonal skills come naturally to you
Your strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills enable you to drive complex projects effectively
Emotional maturity and resilience make you stand out
You understand the benefits of continuous improvement
Absolute discretion and confidentiality is a given for you
Fluent communication in English verbally and in writing is already part of your daily business
You are proficient in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
