Ihre Aufgaben

This role will serve as the Executive Vice President for Germany, providing strategic leadership for all HR-related activities in the region, to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with company goals.

You will take responsibility for personnel and organizational development and ensure that our employees not only grow, but also develop fully.
You support the management and executives as a sparring partner in all HR topics and lead your HR team with passion and commitment.
You will develop and improve modern HR strategies and concepts, continuously improve our HR processes and actively shape our corporate development.
You will promote a strong corporate culture and develop a positive working atmosphere with a uniform understanding of leadership.
Coordinate and support internal knowledge sharing, talks and training
Report directly to the CEO.

Ihr Profil

Successfully completed studies in the field of HR complemented by a degree in coaching or education
Minimum of 5 years in human resources in an international environment.
Medium-sized HR manager in an industrial manufacturing environment (>800 employees), ideally in the low-wage sector
Ability to independently resolve topics with the works council, the collective bargaining parties and labour law cases
Very high level of resilience and ideally restructuring experience
Experience in managing cultural change in modern environment.
Entrepreneurial and open mindset combined with a proactively approach in managing risks
Ability to inspire other people.
Openness to changes and their independent implementation.
Consistency in the implementation of tasks.
Excellent communication in English and German (Knowledge of Polish will be an advantage).
