Your Role:

• Leverage your expertise and join our team of Financial Service specialists in driving and conducting the audits of the Siemens Financial Service and Controlling and Finance business.
• Conduct pre-audit planning by developing a strong understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy and perform analyses to ensure that all risks are identified.
• Build and manage global client contacts and auditees, solidifying CF A as a trusted advisor and help manage risks for Siemens.
• Facilitate and lead audit closing meetings with senior stakeholders, offering insightful conclusions and supporting management discussions.
• Conduct insightful interviews with clients to extract crucial information.
• Use your analytical prowess to identify the root causes of audit findings and aid clients in devising improvement strategies.
• Employ your digital mindset to propel digital transformation within the audit environment, preparing Siemens for future challenges.
• Lead yourself and others with an agile audit approach, sharing knowledge to craft innovative solutions to long-standing challenges.

• Enhanced Insight: Leverage your experience to bring nuanced insights into the underwriting and portfolio monitoring processes of our clients.
• Regulatory Acumen: Your deep understanding of, and ability to apply, the applicable financial and standards will be pivotal in understanding the requirements of our clients.
• Risk Mindset: Use your skills to identify risks at the planning stage, and help inform our audit approach.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in business administration / Banking / Finance, or similar field.
• Several years (preferred 8+) of working experience in a financial services Risk Management function within Siemens, a regulated financial institution, or alternatively in a financial services practice of a ‘Big 4’ / leading consulting firm.

Expertise & Skills:

• Extensive expertise in underwriting/ portfolio monitoring of large international project finance, corporate and acquisition finance transactions or leasing / factoring transactions.
• Strong project management skills in complex global settings, with analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• A good understanding of the rules, laws and regulatory requirements of the European financial markets (e.g. EBA, MaRisk).

• Excellent conflict management skills as well as strong communication skills and a strong result orientation.
• Preference for candidates with international experience and cultural fluency.
