You will manage innovative energy solutions based on our standard Energy Retail products over the entire product life cycle.
You manage internal and external service providers to achieve common goals.
You continuously analyze the product KPIs and initiate improvement measures with the team.
You look for solutions and develop requirements for further product development.

Education Requirements

Degree in business administration, finance, energy management or a related field.
Several years professional experience in energy retail or energy wholesale market trading.
Minimum of 2 years professional experience with energy ERP solutions. Power.cloud is a plus.
Strong communicator and team player.
Strong professional focus on energy product life cycle management.
Experience in usage of AI in Operations is a plus.
Fluent in Deutsch and English - including complex contract negotiations and German energy market regulation.

Technical Knowledge & Softskills

Implementation of products & tariffs along the whole product life cycle in an energy ERP solution.
Steering Outsourcing Providers for daily operations.
Cost analytics and steering.
Feature Prioritization and Roadmapping.
Regulatory Compliance Oversight.
Performance Analytics.
Cross-Functional Communication.

The position is assigned to grade I according to the Elli function grading.
