Expert Go-to-Market & Retail Media (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Commercial readiness of new products for sales teams – translation of technically ready products into commercially viable offerings, integrated across all relevant workstreams


• Professionalization of sales pitches through addition of commercial data points, connection of research studies and creation of standardized media packages for partner-facing sales


• Development of new route-to-market approaches for non-endemics, agencies and marketplace investments, including new concepts for pricing, packaging, presentation and internal processes


• Creation of tailor-made GTM implementations for external positioning as Retail Media and Partner Marketing – covering new campaign set-ups, events, fairs and communication to key stakeholders


• Active collaboration within the GTM community (30 FTE), navigation of matrix structures and development of high-performing partnerships with national teams on international topics

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification, combined with extensive professional experience in Retail Media, digital product management, marketing technology or data-driven advertising


• Strong understanding of Retail Media business models, campaign measurement, performance analytics, data products and first-party data use cases – including familiarity with relevant platforms and BI tools


• Proven ability to translate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, GTM strategies, roadmaps and delivery priorities


• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and independent end-to-end execution of commercial initiatives across complex, international matrix organizations


• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and business audiences


• Very good written and spoken English skills
