Key responsibilities

Coordinate and collaborate on technical design, configuration and further project- and support related tasks

Continuous process improvements

Watch and coordinate lifecycle activities

Understanding and support of integrations to other platform incl. incident coordination and issues mitigations

Support the definition of future HCM strategy by bringing in technical and functional expertise

Be a part of our transition towards S/4 HANA and Successfactors.

You bring these skills, experience & education

Degree in Business Informatics/Business Administration or alternatively relevant years of comparable professional experience

Project Management experience

Fluent level of business English

Solution oriented mentality with high affinity for new technologies and standardization

Strong experience in SAP Successfactors modules, especially Employee Central, is a must.

Experience in SAP ECC HCM modules desirable

Concur experience optional.

Knowledge in process and cloud integrations
