Factory Project Commissioning Engineer EU (m/f/x)

Provide system solutions that span the globe, enabling the production and broadcast of media content at a high-quality level, leading to business growth, profitability and customer success

Factory configuration and troubleshooting of Lawo systems (Audio, Video and Network) fulfilling customer workflow and system standards

Maintain and support inventory for the Factory Project Commissioning area

Customer project commissioning and troubleshooting, onsite or remote when required for Audio/Video systems

Work closely with other Lawo teams, inside and outside of the professional services group

Documentation (Lawo internal, and for the customer if needed)

Education in broadcast, audio/video or a related field

Solid Network/IT knowledge including multicast/unicast network services and broadcast standards such as SMPTE 2110, NDI etc.

Linux server expertise as well as knowledge of containerized microservers and Docker

Experience in broadcast environment, on-air broadcast operations, workflows and IP-Systems

Desire to deliver service excellence

Structured way of working an logical approach to problem-solving

Strong verbal and written communication skills with an engaging and professional way of interacting with colleagues and customers

Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, agile environment

English and German language is a must, other languages are an asset

A highly motivated team and an international environment
