Field Medical Specialist- Diabetes (m/w/d)

Scientific Engagement and Advocacy: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and other collaborators in the medical and scientific communities. Provide detailed, accurate, balanced, and timely scientific information and support in response to inquiries from HCPs and other partners. Stay current with the latest scientific research, clinical guidelines and industry trends in diabetes management Support the clinical research teams to identify sites and investigators for clinical trials. Ensure all interactions and activities align with applicable regulatory standards and company policies. Maintain accurate records of field activities and interactions, providing regular updates and reports to management. Deliver educational sessions and presentations to disseminate clinical data, Diabetes related information and effective use of CGM to HCPs. Facility peer to peer training to enable discussions on standard methodologies in the area of diabetes treatment. Support sales teams with scientific information and updates on current research and clinical practices during product launches, customer meetings and training sessions. Degree educated, ideally in a medical or natural sciences field (or equivalent) Minimum of years 3-5 years of relevant experience in a scientific or clinical role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry. Experience in Diabetes is preferred. Strong scientific and clinical expertise in Diabetes Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with KOLs and other partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to engage with HCPs, attend scientific conferences, and support clinical research activities.
