Field Service Engineer

• Installation, commissioning, and integration of XR (CR&DR) devices at customer sites 

• Carrying out regular maintenance and inspection work on these units to ensure their proper operation and minimize potential downtime. 

• Analysing and rectifying faults, malfunctions and technical problems with these units to ensure continuous, high-quality operation 

• Completed technical training or studies in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering, radiology or a comparable field 

• Proven knowledge and experience in the field of CR/DR XR business, ideally with certification or training in the technical field of radiology 

• Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of XR equipment as well as integration and installation of such equipment 

• Strong technical understanding and ability to analyse complex technical problems and find effective solutions 

•  Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships 

• Ability to work in a team and a proactive approach to work 

• Willingness to travel for business and occasionally work outside of regular working hours 

• MS Office and SAP knowledge, CRM knowledge desirable 

• Very good written and verbal communication skills in german language, basic knowledge of the english language is an advantage
