Your tasks: 

As field engineer in this international company in Munich, you will take on a variety of tasks and be responsible for the following activities (among others)

• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and solutions to customers both remotely and on-site across Europe.
• Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment and components, ensuring smooth start-up and reliable operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Deliver training sessions for customers, prepare technical documentation, and maintain accurate service reports.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, supporting sales with technical expertise, spare parts, and customized solutions.
