Represent FCH IT in formal governance forums and manage escalations effectively What sets you apart Proven leadership in building, motivating, and developing high-performing engineering and DevOps teams in an international context. Deep understanding of carrier/telco-specific clearing processes and financial systems. Expertise in modern software engineering, DevOps, and agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe), with a track record of delivering scalable, reliable platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels and across cultures. Experience in driving transformation, embracing disruptive technologies (cloud, automation, AI, etc.), and fostering a culture of innovation. University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related). Fluent in English. Significant experience in telecommunications and carrier business, ideally with a background in billing/finance and DevOps leadership. International project and people management experience - desirable. This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
