We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager for our team in Frankfurt. You will report to the Managing Director of Crypto Finance (Deutschland) and work closely with the Group Finance team.

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. This individual will support the management of all aspects of finance, including accounting, regulatory reporting, capital management, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate has initial professional experience in the financial sector. Enthusiasm for Cryptocurrency is a plus.

The starting date is as soon as possible in our office in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Support the financial oversight of the company, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Prepare accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting in compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist in developing and managing the company's financial policies, procedures, and controls
• Oversee capital management, including capital increases and financial planning
• Support in the preparation of regulatory reports and liaise with regulatory bodies
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency and support business objectives
• Advise senior management on specific finance and accounting-related questions
• Participate in loss events and incident reporting, including root cause analyses
• Promote a strong risk and compliance culture within the team

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance role, ideally within the banking, trading, cryptocurrency industry, or a global accounting firm (e.g., Big Four)

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards
• Experience supporting capital management, financial planning, and budgeting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, creative in finding solutions and structured in execution
• Motivated and dynamic personality with a proactive attitude, and a collaborative spirit
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to work
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
• Professional accounting qualification and/or previous experience in the crypto industry is a plus
