Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

To strengthen our finance team in Berlin, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated: Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Oversee and support accounting and finance operations across regional branches.
• Ensure accurate recording of daily sales, collections, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit timely internal financial reports and ensure compliance with tax and corporate obligations.
• Manage payments for suppliers, services, payroll, and commissions according to company policies.
• Monitor inventories, fixed assets, and support audits and financial reviews.
• Coordinate with Regional and Corporate Finance teams to maintain transparency and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance in Germany.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Datev and One Stop Shop) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration.​
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
