This Position is a central role in the Budget & Planning team for CEW hub, covering Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Budget and planning team is responsible for commercial performance management and forecasts for the region.

Key responsibilities for the position include

  Category Finance Business Partnering;

  Financial ownership and strategic influence with Business partners for respective categories

  Brand profitability and sales/SOM evolution analysis

  Product innovation P&Ls 

  
  

• 
  

  Advertising spend management, evaluation and reconciliation

  
  

• 
  

  Lead/support development of full year estimates

  Support month-end closing processes

  
  


• 
  

  Lead Brand accounting for one or more categories 

  
  

• 
  

  Development and implentation of commercial tools 

  
  

• 
  

  Ad hoc project involvement

  Masterdata oversight

  
  

Candidates for this role will be a person who combines the financial curiosity with a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years’ experience, preferably with a Multi-national Company


• Fluent in English


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work independently and within a team (including professional and support staff)


• Analytical and results oriented


• Strong understanding of SAP-related Applications (i.e. BI tools)


• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Windows, Word, PowerPoint)


• Promotes Teamwork, is driven and takes initiative


• Independent and responsible


• Strong understanding and knowledge of major FMCG dynamics and trade partners
