Financial Planning and Analysis Coordinator - BSBI Berlin (m/f/d)

Role Summary

 Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will include: 
•    Driving BSBI’s financial planning and analysis function, including:
o    Preparing forecasts, budgets and business plans;
o    Monitoring of actual accounts receivable and accounts payable performance versus budgets and forecasts;
o    Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to execute FP&A deliverables; and
o    Creating and monitoring liquidity plans.
•    Creating financial models to improve performance monitoring and financial output generation, including scenario analyses. 
•    Collaborating with accounting teams on expense allocation and expense reconciliation. 
•    Collaborating with FP&A and controlling teams at BSBI’s partner entities.
•    Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to forecast and monitor student enrolments. 
•    Supporting the creation and monitoring of Business Intelligence dashboards and visualizations, ensuring valuable KPIs and actionable insights.
•    Other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks, as required. 


 Qualifications & Education 
•    Advanced proficiency in MS Office Software, especially MS Excel. 
•    Ability to analyse data and present information in a clear manner.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus. 
•    Positive and intuitive approach to problem solving. 
•    Flexible approach to working and the ability to cope with frequently changing environments.

Experience 
•    relevant work experience as an FP&A specialist, accountant or finance generalist; knowledge of accrual-based accounting principles is required
•    experience with accounting software or ERP systems
