Finanzassistent/in (m/w/d)

As our fleet expands, we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Finance Team as a Financial Assistant. In this role, you will be an essential part of our growing finance team, supporting us in the ongoing financial accounting, especially in relation to our international private jet operations. From managing payments to ensuring accurate transaction bookings, you will be at the heart of our financial processes. You will also handle the processing of credit card receipts related to our operation ensuring precise bookkeeping of expenses. As part of a dynamic start-up, you will play an important role in developing new processes while contributing to the company's growth and success. In close collaboration with the finance department, you will help ensure that everything runs smoothly while we continue to redefine the private aviation industry.

• Dedicated: You are meticulous when it comes to managing financial transactions, especially in an international, fast-paced environment

• Stress-Resilient: Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Fluent English Language Skills with strong preference for professional working German, additional language skills are an advantage
• Experience in Accounting Software such as DATEV and processing credit card receipts is beneficial
• Educational Background: A completed apprenticeship (e.g., as an accountant, industrial clerk) or comparable qualification is beneficial
   
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) as per §7 LuftSiG
• Unrestricted EU passport or the right to live and work in the EU
