Arbeitsbeschreibung - Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Processing of all accounting procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounts
Assisting with payroll
Handling payment reminders/receivables management
Account maintenance/reconciliations and audits
Preparing electronic payments
Commission and travel expense reports
Assisting with monthly and annual accounts
Meeting preparation and follow-up
Ad-hoc work and assisting the Finance Manager

Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship, accountant training is an advantage
At least three years of experience in accounting
Accounting knowledge based on the German Commercial Code and preferably IFRS
Good working knowledge of a standard ERP system
Sound understanding of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel). Experience of other tools (e.g. ERP)
Excellent written and spoken English (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
Process- and project-oriented approach
Strong communication skills
Target- and solution-focused attitude to work
Onboarding: Up to 3 months at the Memmingen location
Driving licence (at least Cat. B)
