Job Title: On-Site Class Coordinator
Location: Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Glynco, GA
Key Responsibilities:

Class Management: Oversee the scheduling and execution of all aerobics classes, ensuring they are delivered according to contract specifications.
Team Leadership: Manage the team of Certified Instructors, ensuring they are fully equipped and prepared to conduct classes.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all instructors comply with safety protocols, FLETC regulations, and contract requirements, including the completion of mandatory training.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of class schedules, instructor certifications, and participant logs. Submit all required reports and documentation on time.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in managing fitness or wellness programs, with a strong understanding of aerobics class coordination.
Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with government officials and team members.
Certification: While not mandatory, certifications in fitness or aerobics instruction are highly desirable
