As a Fleet reliability and maintenance Working Student at Qwello, you will support the operation and maintenance of our EV charging infrastructure in Germany. You’ll assist with troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and data analysis to improve system performance. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sustainable mobility technology and contribute to continuous improvement. You’ll take ownership of technical tasks and help enhance daily operations. You will gain hands-on experience in maintaining cutting-edge sustainable mobility technology - and learn from experienced professionals how an efficient operations company works. Your Responsibilities 🚀
- Support the operation and maintenance of our Qwello charging infrastructure as a trusted partner to in-field operators from the headquarters
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues to ensure smooth system performance
- Help with continuous improvement: Ensure that we collect data from such incidents to help make our systems and processes better over time. Use your analytical mindset to identify priorities and suggest areas for improvement
- Gain hands-on experience in maintaining cutting-edge sustainable mobility technology
- Share your insights and take ownership of technical tasks that enhance the day-to-day performance of the Operations team
Your Profile ✨
- Currently enrolled at a university in Germany in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Some experience with coding in Python or Javascript or scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
- An analytical mindset and first principle thinking and the ability to communicate your thoughts clearly
- Basic experience of debugging and maintenance processes - in either software or hardware - including root cause analysis
- A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric
- Ability to self-organize in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/context switching
- Fluency in English, German language knowledge is a nice to have
