Arbeitsbeschreibung - Foodtechnologist mit Kundenfokus (m/w/d)

As a key member of our Business Development team with a focus on Sales, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success. You will work on interdisciplinary projects, diving into various aspects of Business Development, and contributing to our sales initiatives. We are looking for a team member who is motivated to

  • Engage in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing client relationships, guiding them from the first contact to the successful conclusion of a contract.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely on improving our sales processes to better serve our customers.
  • Optimize sales and communication strategies in close interaction with the product and marketing teams.
  • Hold a degree in Food Technology/Biotechnology and ideally an MBA or experience in Business Administration.
  • Bring initial experience in sales or business development, e.g., through internships or student jobs.
  • Have an interest in the food industry or technology sector.
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Seek to grow and develop within a startup environment.
  • Are fluent in English; German skills are an advantage.
