As a key member of our Business Development team with a focus on Sales, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success. You will work on interdisciplinary projects, diving into various aspects of Business Development, and contributing to our sales initiatives. We are looking for a team member who is motivated to

Engage in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing client relationships, guiding them from the first contact to the successful conclusion of a contract.
Optimize sales and communication strategies in close interaction with the product and marketing teams.
develop end products in the areas of meat, egg and cheese alternatives.
Collaborate closely on improving our sales processes and conduct development workshops with customers.

Hold a degree in Food Technology and ideally you have culinary experience.
Bring initial experience in sales or business development, e.g., through internships or student jobs.
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Seek to grow and develop within a startup environment.
Are fluent in English; German skills are an advantage.
