Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you are the technical bridge between lytra and our customers. You own the integration of lytra into customer environments. That means understanding our customers, their systems, building the connections, and ensuring they get real value from our platform. You'll work directly with service leaders and IT teams at manufacturing companies, translating their needs into working solutions.

This isn't a pure consulting role. You write code, debug integrations, and solve hard technical problems. But you also own the project: you set the plan, coordinate stakeholders, keep things moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You communicate with customers, understand their business context, and bring insights back to shape our product. When you see patterns across customer deployments, you feed those learnings into our core platform so every customer benefits.
