Founder’s Associate - Product (m/f/d - Remote)

Tasks

Own a product area end to end. Step by step, we'll build you up to own a product area end to end so you can drive it from discovery to launch.

Talk to revenue teams. Dig into how sales reps and RevOps actually work in Salesforce, and turn messy workflows into clear product decisions.

Shape our AI features. Define how AI should capture, summarize, and surface data, and decide where it adds real value versus just noise.

Translate insight into specs. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.

Lead cross-functional execution. Coordinate engineering, design, and go-to-market to ship on time.

Define and track success. Set KPIs, watch adoption, and iterate based on data.

Requirements

• Excellent academic background - economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated ability)
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup, VC, consulting, or a role where you wore many hats and shipped things independently
• Exceptional written communication - you write with clarity, economy, and personality
• High curiosity and strong opinions: you've thought about what great product management looks like and you're eager to debate it
• You learn fast, adapt fast, and don't wait to be told what to do next
• Deeply interested in technology, UX/UI, user research, and the intersection of product and engineering
• Experience working on a product is a big plus
• Fluent in English
