As an FPGA Engineer at 360T, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-performance hardware solutions that enhance the speed and reliability of our trading systems. Your responsibilities will include designing, verifying, and optimizing FPGA-based systems to ensure low latency and exceptional reliability. Collaborating with a team of talented professionals, you will ensure seamless system functionality while driving innovation and excellence. Design, implement, and optimize high-performance FPGA-based systems to support ultra-low-latency FX trading infrastructure.
Conduct thorough functional and system-level verification of FPGA modules to ensure reliability and seamless integration.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to align FPGA solutions with overall system requirements and goals.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize designs to meet scalability, throughput, and latency requirements.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in FPGA design and verification, particularly for high-performance computing or low-latency systems.
Hands-on experience with FPGA development tools (e.g., Xilinx Vivado) and hardware description languages (e.g., Verilog, SystemVerilog).
Strong knowledge of FPGA architectures, memory interfaces, and communication protocols (e.g., AMBA, AXI, UART, PCIe DMA, TCP/IP).
Experience with verification methodologies, including UVM, and tools like QuestaSim or ModelSim.
Proficiency in performance tuning and debugging FPGA designs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
