Arbeitsbeschreibung - FPGA ENGINEER (f/m/d)

As an FPGA Engineer at 360T, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-performance hardware solutions that enhance the speed and reliability of our trading systems. Your responsibilities will include designing, verifying, and optimizing FPGA-based systems to ensure low latency and exceptional reliability. Collaborating with a team of talented professionals, you will ensure seamless system functionality while driving innovation and excellence.   • Design, implement, and optimize high-performance FPGA-based systems to support ultra-low-latency FX trading infrastructure.
  • Conduct thorough functional and system-level verification of FPGA modules to ensure reliability and seamless integration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to align FPGA solutions with overall system requirements and goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize designs to meet scalability, throughput, and latency requirements.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FPGA design and verification, particularly for high-performance computing or low-latency systems.
  • Hands-on experience with FPGA development tools (e.g., Xilinx Vivado) and hardware description languages (e.g., Verilog, SystemVerilog).
  • Strong knowledge of FPGA architectures, memory interfaces, and communication protocols (e.g., AMBA, AXI, UART, PCIe DMA, TCP/IP).
  • Experience with verification methodologies, including UVM, and tools like QuestaSim or ModelSim.
  • Proficiency in performance tuning and debugging FPGA designs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
