Freelance Pool Design Engineer (UI/UX to Frontend)

• Design user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile
• Turn concepts, flows, and UI designs into implemented or implementation-ready outcomes
• Build high-fidelity prototypes or frontend experiences where needed
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
• Contribute to or work with design systems and reusable components
• Help maintain quality and consistency from concept through delivery

• Proven experience in a hybrid role such as Design Engineer, UX Engineer, or Product Designer with frontend skills
• Strong portfolio showing both design work and implemented outcomes
• Excellent UX/UI design skills for digital products
• Frontend implementation skills relevant to web delivery
• Understanding of responsive design, component-based systems, and implementation constraints
• Ability to work across design and engineering collaboration

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks
• Strong prototyping skills
• Motion or interaction design experience
• German language skills
