Arbeitsbeschreibung - Front Office Agent (m/w/d)

The Hampton by Hilton Berlin City Center Alexanderplatz opened in May 2017 as the chain's largest property worldwide. As a member of the Hilton Worldwide brand portfolio, we represent not only the Hilton brand, but also its global standards. As a dynamic and individual team, we care about our guests and staff. Located in the center of Berlin, overlooking the famous TV Tower, we are an optimal starting point for business travelers as well as tourists.
Become part of our community!Ensure the smooth operation of the front office in accordance with Hilton Worldwide standards as well as house standards. 
This includes:

  • Greeting and checking in guests as well as assisting with group travel arrangements.
  • Check-out departing guests using the hotel's proprietary system
  • Serve as a key contact person for guests and respond efficiently to inquiries and complaints
  • Be constantly informed of all hotel products, services, rates and special promotions, as well as current VIPs and special events
  • Maximize revenue through upselling and marketing programs
  • General telephone duties as well as taking reservations
  • Professional demeanor, especially with regard to hospitality and guest services
  • and adherence to Hilton standards
  • Responsible handling of incoming payments
