Check in/out of national and international business and leisure guests
Assistance with requests, complaints and tourist advice via e-mail and booking portals
Responsible for managing and ensuring the operational process at night
Processing all room bookings in compliance with Hilton quality standards
Managing the cash desk and preparing the daily accounts
Serving drinks and looking after guests at the hotel bar
Preparing the reception desk for the next day
