Arbeitsbeschreibung - Frontend Developer (remote Germany)

As a frontend developer at Refine Studio your primary job is to develop frontend applications for both web and mobile devices. You will...

maintain, improve and extend our products and internal services
review design prototypes before implementation
define API contracts between Frontend and Backend
identify weaknesses of the frontend code and user experience
suggest your own ideas to improve the product and process
review the code of your peers
collaborate with product owners and sales team to review and test implemented features

We are always on the hunt for talented frontend engineers of any proficiency: Working Students, Juniors and Seniors. Depending on your experience we surely have different benchmarks on your skills and overall profile. But independently from your experience we are looking for the same traits.

You are excited about the domain of employee experience, recognition, incentives, e-learning and gamification.
You are passionate about frontend development and closely related areas like backend development and user experience and design.
You are constantly expanding your horizon - learning and experimenting with new tools and technologies.
You have at least some hands on experience with modern frontend technologies, we work with typescript, react and Next.js (similar technologies are also fine - our expectations grow with the proficiency of the role you apply for)
You are intrinsically motivated to learn and improve as a person, alongside your team. We give a lot of autonomy and freedom to all our team members, which comes at the price of a sense of responsibility to plan your days and weeks, to push objectives forward and bring in your own ideas.
