Fullstack Engineer (m/f/x) @ E-Mobility Startup

End-to-End Ownership: You build and own features from idea to production. Frontend, backend, infrastructure - whatever it takes to ship something that works.
Frontend Craft: You build clean, performant UIs with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. You care about what users actually experience.
Backend Engineering: You design and maintain scalable services and APIs with TypeScript and Next.js, PostgreSQL, and REST. Data flows reliably because you made sure it does.
Business-driven Engineering: You understand what you're building and why. You connect technical decisions to outcomes - conversion, speed, automation - and act without being asked.
AI-native Development: You use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) as a core part of your workflow - not as a gimmick, but as a real lever for speed and quality.

Experience: 4+ years building production systems across the full stack.
Stack: Confident with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
Ownership: You solve problems end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, iteration.
Communication: Clear communicator in English. German is a plus.
Infra: Experience with AWS and GitLab CI/CD.

...you want to work mostly remote. We believe the best ideas happen when people are in the same room. That is why you are in our office at least four days a week.

...you want to walk into ready-made processes and structures. A lot of that does not exist here yet. We are looking for people who build structures and processes, not people who administer them.

...you need a finished plan before you start. Seed stage means a lot is unclear and changes week to week. You have to be comfortable making decisions in the dark and correcting course as you go.

...you want to stay in your lane. "That is not my job" is not a thing here. You jump in where it matters, even when it sits outside your job description.
...you want a classic 9-to-5. We are building something big, and that does not happen on the side. The people here want to go all in, not just put in the time.
