WORKPLACE 

This role is based in Germany, with candidates located in Cologne who can work in-office at least two days per week. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking a native German-speaking Funnel Marketing & Content Strategist to join our high-performing growth team based in Köln. The ideal candidate is an analytical self-starter who thrives in a data-driven environment, interprets performance metrics with ease, and confidently translates insights into actionable next steps. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Develop and continuously optimize high-converting marketing funnels to drive user engagement, conversions, and purchases. 

• Strategize and execute content campaigns for new product launches while refining and enhancing existing funnel performance. 

• Design and implement structured A/B testing protocols to increase campaign effectiveness and user experience. 

• Take ownership of data interpretation—identify patterns, uncover insights, and independently determine strategic next steps. 

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on those with the highest business impact. 

• Ensure all web content complies with relevant German regulatory standards. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, legal, and design to ensure timely project delivery. 

• Build, test, and launch pages using tools such as Convertri, Webflow, Unbounce, Replo, and other platforms. 

 WHAT YOU BRING 

• Native-level fluency in German and English (written and spoken). 

• Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and optimizing marketing funnels. 

• Proven success in executing content strategies for product launches and enhancing existing product funnels. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data independently and proactively define next steps. 

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems without needing constant direction. 

• Experience in designing and executing A/B testing with measurable results. 

• Excellent project management skills with a strong sense of prioritization and organization. 

• Meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of compliance with German marketing regulations. 

• Hands-on experience with page-building tools like Webflow, Convertri, Unbounce, Replo, etc. 

• Experience in the health supplements or wellness industry is a strong plus. 

NICE TO HAVE 

• Design-savvy with a deep understanding of how visuals, UX, and layout influence conversions across landing pages and funnels. 

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

The annual base salary range for this position is €50,000-€65,000 EURO /year. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
