Arbeitsbeschreibung - Gelcoat Application Techniker (m/w/d)

Developed by seamen. Tested on the Baltic Sea. Sold all over the world. Since its founding in 1990, HanseYachts AG, with its six brands today, has developed into one of the world's largest manufacturers of ocean-going sailing and motor yachts from series production.

Cleaning, sanding and masking surfaces in preparation for gelcoat application
Mixing and applying gelcoats using spray equipment or other tools
Operating and maintaining spray guns, compressors and other tools
Inspecting the applied gelcoats for defects or irregularities
Measuring, mixing and tinting gelcoat materials according to production specifications
Complying with all safety and environmental regulations
Accurate documentation of materials used, production results and quality controls

Prior experience in the application of gelcoats or a related field is an advantage.
Knowledge of gelcoat materials, spray equipment and application techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights as required by the job.
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures for handling chemicals.
