We’re looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented, and team-driven individuals who are ready to thrive in an innovative aviation environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous maintenance experience on B737-800 (highly desirable)
• A flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment and a willingness to work shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and nights)
• Good knowledge of English (written and oral) / German would be an advantage  
• Interpersonal and intercultural skills  
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union
• Preferably, a valid German security clearance according to § 7 of the German Aviation Security Act
• A deep passion for aviation and an unwavering commitment to technical excellence
• The ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments while solving complex problems
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth, embracing new challenges to advance skills and career
