As General Manager DACH, you will lead the next phase of growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Your decisions will shape our regional strategy, strengthen our market presence, and help customers improve security, accountability and operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.
The role
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building businesses, developing people and creating long-term value. You will take ownership of the DACH region, defining the strategy while remaining close to customers, partners and emerging market opportunities.
Reporting to the Regional Director for Traka Nordic & DACH, you will represent the region in wider business discussions and help shape the future direction of the business. You'll join at an exciting stage of growth, leading a small but ambitious team and helping build the organisation, capabilities and market presence needed for the next phase of expansion.
Working across a network of resellers, system integrators, OEM partners and ASSA ABLOY businesses, you will create opportunities, strengthen strategic relationships and accelerate sustainable growth across the region.
