German Back-end Gaming Support Specialist - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Responsibilities

• Deliver back-end technical support to German-speaking gaming clients via various communication channels
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex technical issues affecting gaming performance and user accounts
• Work closely with development teams to resolve bugs and implement improvements
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all support cases
• Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or issues
• Stay updated on the latest gaming products, features, and industry trends

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Deep passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming environments
• Previous experience in back-end gaming support or technical support roles is preferred
