DESCRIPTION

Are you a German speaker with a passion for sales and business development? Join an international team in Kraków where you'll help small and medium-sized businesses grow through cutting-edge digital advertising solutions while building a rewarding career in tech sales.

As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and develop new business opportunities across the EMEA market. You will engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions while managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

This is a hybrid role based in Kraków, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new business clients

• Identify sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and consultative selling

• Develop tailored online advertising strategies for clients

• Manage, optimize, and rebuild digital advertising campaigns

• Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling digital marketing solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for clients

• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success
