Your Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for our clients delivering outstanding service via phone, email, and chat. Youll provide clear answers, helpful guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Job Details:

• Location: Onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria

• Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts between 9 AM and 8 PM

• Languages Required: Fluent German and English

• Contract: Full-time OR part-time options available

• Compensation: Competitive salary with performance and benefits-based extras
