• Handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent German (C2 level)
• English B2 level or higher
• EU citizenship or Portuguese work authorization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Porto in the near future
