YOUR IMPACT
As a German Policy Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping and influencing fusion energy policy within Germany, ensuring alignment with broader European and global policy frameworks. The role requires deep familiarity with German governmental and regulatory landscapes, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to fostering strategic relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-Engage proactively with German policymakers, regulators, and governmental bodies to promote fusion energy policy initiatives
-Contribute to advocacy efforts to create a supportive policy environment for fusion technology development and implementation in Germany.
-Develop policy proposals, position papers, and public funding applications specifically targeted toward German and European institutions.
-Be part of Proxima’s policy team, representing the company in policy-related forums, industry associations, and governmental meetings.
WHO YOU ARE
-You have a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, STEM fields, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
-You speak German and English.
-You are a passionate advocate for fusion energy and sustainable technology solutions.
-You are an exceptional communicator, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders across various levels of government and industry.
-You are resilient, mission-driven, and proactive with a proven ability to navigate complex policy
