Your Role

As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor, you'll help customers with shipment and delivery-related inquiries while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers in German

• Handling delivery and logistics inquiries

• Solving shipment-related issues

• Providing accurate information and effective solutions

• Working closely with an international team

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent German

• Good English skills

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1 week per month from the Sofia office)
