• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance and refine moderation processes and practices.
• Remain informed about industry trends and updates relating to content moderation policies.

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities.
• Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and community engagement.
