Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Education and E-Learning industry. This role offers the chance to engage with clients seeking educational resources and support, while making a significant impact in their learning journeys.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding educational products and e-learning solutions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about courses, enrollment processes, and online learning platforms.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions to enhance their learning experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's educational offerings and promote suitable solutions to clients.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to inform ongoing improvements in service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure client success.


Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping others succeed in their learning endeavors.
