Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to streaming services, subscription details, and troubleshooting issues via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide information on content availability, pricing plans, and service features.
• Assist customers with account management, including billing inquiries and subscription modifications.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Work in collaboration with technical teams to address any technical issues customers may face.
• Stay updated on the latest film and television trends to better assist customers with their viewing preferences.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
