Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to tech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide detailed information on product features, troubleshooting steps, and account management.
• Assist customers with installation and technical support issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Record and document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
