Responsibilities

• Network Solutions: Assist German-speaking customers with complex connectivity issues, fiber-optic configurations, and mobile network troubleshooting.
• Service Excellence: Manage account upgrades and technical inquiries with a focus on high-tier customer retention.
• Data Integrity: Use advanced CRM tools to ensure precise logging of network performance and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Native/C2 German and fluent English.
• Must possess an EU Passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• A strong technical aptitude for telecommunications hardware and software.
• A proactive, hospitable attitude
