Key Responsibilities

• Monitor online activity to identify and assess potential security risks and violations.
• Respond to reports from users regarding inappropriate content and behavior in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with German-speaking users to gather information and provide support.
• Develop and implement trust and safety policies and procedures to enhance platform security.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze trends and develop proactive measures against online threats.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve user experience and safety measures.
• Stay current with industry standards and legislative changes affecting digital trust and safety.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on user engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with online safety best practices and community guideline enforcement.
