We are seeking a service-minded Store Sales Representative to deliver a top-tier, on-site retail experience, support storefront operations, and share a passion for fine craftsmanship with our clientele.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

In this multi-faceted, fully on-site sales role, you will balance in-person customer engagement with boutique operational support and in-store order fulfillment.

• Client Advisory & Sales: Offer tailored guidance to new and returning patrons purchasing luxury cigars, fine spirits, and specialized accessories directly on the sales floor.
• Customer Experience: Drive active customer engagement, cultivate long-term client loyalty, and maintain a polished boutique presentation.
• Point of Sale & Admin: Manage cash register transactions, process daily sales reconciliations, and handle basic day-to-day administrative duties on-site.
• Inventory & Order Fulfillment: Process incoming shipments, assist with stock counts, and manage pick-and-pack fulfillment for web shop orders directly from the store.
• Tasting Events: Assist in organizing and conducting in-store cigar tastings and exclusive customer events.
• Digital Support: Assist with basic e-commerce maintenance and processing online order workflows from the shop location.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in retail, luxury sales, hospitality, or an equivalent customer-facing environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent German skills (C2 Level) alongside solid, functional English communication (B1 Level).
• Commercial Drive: Strong sales orientation with a natural confidence in guiding high-end consumers.
• Lifestyle Alignment: Comfort with cigar culture and a willingness to work within environments where cigars are sampled and smoked.
• Operational Capability: Comfortable managing point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and basic store administration.
• On-Site Availability: 100% willingness to work on-site across store locations on a 5-day rotating schedule operating Monday through Saturday.

Preferred Experience

• Prior exposure to luxury, high-end, or lifestyle retail environments.
• Practical knowledge of cigars, fine wines, spirits, or luxury tobacco products.
• Familiarity with retail e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse inventory management.
• Background in event hosting or premium hospitality services.

Non-Negotiable Criteria

• Inability or reluctance to work full-time on-site in a retail storefront.
• Inability or reluctance to work in environments with active cigar smoke.
• Unwillingness to work Saturday retail shifts.
• A history of frequent job hops (short-term roles lasting only a few months without clear rationale).
• Lack of C2-level German fluency.
